I’M MAIJA, THE FOUNDER OF

FREELY FORWARD BODYWORK.

Hi there!

Horse massage therapy maija freely forward bodywork

As an equine massage therapist, my focus is on enabling your horses’ comfort and performance through the use of massage therapy and stretching techniques. I aim to work with you and enable your horse to perform to its full potential, by analysing and assessing posture, movement, and skeletal function.

From providing a range of services to forming a treatment plan that is an integral part of my approach to treating the whole body, to offering online courses where you can learn effective techniques on how to treat your horse yourself, Freely Forward Bodywork is your go-to hub for equine wellness and performance.

The Services

FREELY FORWARD BODYWORK

We offer various proprietary online courses that will leave students empowered and prepared to identify pain in their horses’ bodies, improve their horse’s physical condition, and prevent physical issues from occurring.

We are always adding new materials, so be sure to subscribe to our social media to be the first to know about our latest classes.

We work together to pick the kind of treatment that is best for your horse. I hold certifications in Myofascial Release and Integrative Muscular Movement Therapy, and am experienced in deep tissue therapy and sports massage, giving you a wide range of options.

“Maija provides a nice depth of knowledge both in movement of horse and riding requires to help feel what is going on in their bodies. Her experiences both on and off the horse allow her to get the most of out her massages. She focuses on balance of muscle relaxation to create a more even horse.”
